Copenhagen 5/9 2024. 50 cl bottle from Vinspecialisten Herning, Søndergade, Herning. Off-white and army-green label in Lille Holmgård's usual design.
Pours opaque unclear pale yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as 0,8 cm thick layer for foam covering the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with sour grans and a bit of citrus fruit. Sweet pale malts, bread and cardboard. Lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Clean and crisp and a bit on the bitter side.
