Heavily hopped strong ale with mild malt character, high bitterness and notes of citrus and tropical fruits.

Copenhagen 3/9 2024. 50 cl bottle from Vinspecialisten Herning, Søndergade, Herning. Off-white and turquoise label in Lille Holmgård's usual design.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer for foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruits mingling with sharp citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Citrus. Light touch of yeast.
Pretty strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. A little tart. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. Lingers shortly. Finish is a tad thin. Semi-dry.
A little thin.
