Copenhagen 28/8 2024. 50 cl bottle from Vinspecialisten Herning, Søndergade, Herning. Off-white and derk blue label in Lille Holmgård's usual design.
A bit gushy upon opening. Pours unclear golden yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer for foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with citrus fruit with a tart touch. Peach and apricot. Citrus and grapefruit. A bit acerbic.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, creamy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sourish and bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is soft and dry.
A bit gushy but pleasant, smooth drink.
