Copenhagen 12/5 2025. 50 cl bottle from Vinspecialisten. Søndergade, Herning. Lacen in Lille Holmgård's usual design in a light brown version.
Pours unclear goden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a paper thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, a bit sugary, oozy odor mingling with a bit of citrus and grains. Sweet pale malts, bread and metallic alcohol. Honey. Citrus and a sharp grainy scent.
Light carbonation- Slightly thick, oily, soft, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong, boozy sweetness followed bty a moderately strong, rough bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a rather strong bitter undertone. Lingers for a while Finish is semi-dry with a sharp touch of alcohol.
A boozy excentric Professor.
