Copenhagen 24/5 2025. 50 cl bottle from VinSpecialisten, Søndergade, Herning. Label in LilleHolmgaard's usual design in a golden yellow version.
Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin patch of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet, slightly sugary odor of pale malts mingling with a sharp citric scent. Sweet pale malts, bread and caramel. Citrus and tart gooseberries, Hint of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweetish take o a Belgian Blonde.
