A light, bright and delicate beer with a focus on the malt character. Almost corn yellow in color.
It is fruity in taste, easy to drink and very refreshing.
Is definitely a nice thirst quencher on a hot day, but also great for a light lunch.

Copenhagen 2/9 2024. 50 cl bottle from Vinspecialisten Herning, Søndergade, Herning. Simple white label with a golden horizontal stripe and the logo of the brewery.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a bit of sourish grains. Bread and pale malts. Cardboard and a little sugar.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweetish and malty.
