A lovely fresh IPA, where I have focused on the hop aroma. It has a fantastic scent of citrus and tropical fruits, which is followed by the taste.
The beer has been given a solid portion of hops in the fermentation tank, which makes the aroma and taste extra prominent.
The bitterness and sweetness are in good balance, ensuring a full-bodied and fresh IPA.
Goes well with hearty food such as pulled pork, chili con carne, porchetta and the like.

Copenhagen 29/8 2024. 50 cl bottle from Vinspecialisten Herning, Søndergade, Herning. Simple white label with a grey horizontal stripe and the logo of the brewery.
Pours clear golden amber with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just to covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a sourish grainy and scent and rough, citric fumes. Rye bread and malts. Grapefruit and sour grains. Sharp.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a rough, strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A bitter and rough take on a Indian Pale Ale.
