A lovely Amber Ale that has a little more malt flavor than a Pale Ale, but not as much as a Brown Ale. A light caramel flavor gives the beer a little extra character.
The Cascade hops give a lovely aroma and flavor that is slightly spicy, notes of citrus/grapefruit and a little floral.
Goes well with poultry, burgers and pizza, or as a lunch beer with a little extra character.

Copenhagen 24/3 2024. 50 cl bottle from Vinspecialisten, Søndergade, Herning. Simple white label with a golden horizontal stripe and the logo of the brewery.
Pours unclear golden amber with a big off-white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and toasted odor with sourish notes. Toasted bread, orange marmalade, toffee and a bit of brown sugar.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is a bit sugary.
A quite sweet take on an Amber Ale.
