If we have to say something about what kind of beer we make, it is mostly within the category “Ale's”.
Flemming's bitch is most reminiscent of a pilsner, but with a nice twist of elderflower. Very drinkable for most people. A good beer without any pretenses.

Copenhagen 18/11 2024. 50 cl bottle from Marius Mortensens Eftf. Off-white label in LF Bryg's usual design dominated by the logo of the brewery.
Pours almost clear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a moderate sourish scent of grains and a touch of butter. Sweet pale malts, bread and cereal. Whiff of citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A bit rough and sharp. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Quite dry and sourishly bitter.
