Grågåsen Brown Ale, has a sweet and rounded soft taste and good carbonation.
Notes of caramel and coffee. Will taste excellent with a good steak.

Copenhagen 18/10 2024. 50 cl bottle from Marius Motensens Eftf. Label in light brown in LF Brygs simple design.
Pours unclear, almost opaque dark Brown with a mid-sized off-white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong sugary sweet, malty odor. Modest sourish notes. Toasted caramel malts. Caramel and toffee. More than a hint of Brown sugar.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sweetish.
A Brown Ale very much on the sweet side.
