Our classic west coast style IPA is hoppy, fruity and citrusy with a fantastic caramel malt backbone keeping it well balanced. Tawny amber coloured and medium bodied with a long lingering finish. Fantastic with spicy foods or tangy salads.

7.2% is high for an East Coast IPA. Usually come in from 6 to 7%. It's called 4 Alarm, but it contains 6 hop varieties and dry hopped with another. It begs the question why not call it 7 Alarm IPA? Its good not great. Nice head nice feel. Taste is a bit chalky. Can definitely smell the Warrior. Not quite a 4.

Another interesting selection from my fall CANBIF trade. This is a classic, well crafted west coast IPA. It errs on the side of piney, sweet, and oily. If you like this style of beer, give this one a whirl.
