Came in a mixer glass a very dark amber colour with an off-white head. Very strong lacing that hung around a bit. Nose of nuts. Taste of nuts. This was a very nutty brew. A thick (but pleasant) mouthfeel that had a taste of butter and nuts - kind of like pecan. I liked this lager a lot. Thicker and tastier than any lager I've ever had. My 14 year old daughter (yes, she can drink beer in a restaurant here in NB at a meal) said: "Hey its crazy go nuts!" I'm sorry this is seasonal, but it is a great winter, sittin'-around-the-fire, beer.
