A classic unfiltered German style wheat beer with a spicy clove-like, banana bouquet and flavour from the Weinstephan yeast strain. Malty and lightly acidic making this one very refreshing. Garnish with lemon. Prosit!

Had on tap at the brewery..poured into a pint glass.
Appearance: minimal head, orange-yellow in color, hazy, moderate carbonation
Smell: lemon and some bitter orange
Taste: lemon, wheat, some Belgian spices
Mouthfeel: medium-high carbonation, medium bodied, sweet
Overall: This is the first Pumphouse brew that I tried that did not blow me away. The lemon shines through and the rest is typical wheat beer. Not bad, but nothing to revisit.
