About the brewery - What began as a father-and-son project, built around a shared love of great beer, became our own Somerset brewery: a place shaped for crafting proper cask ale with patience, care, and character.
What matters to us - Beer is at its best when it brings people together — marking good occasions, creating memories, and carrying on a tradition worth protecting.
We care about thoughtful recipes, good fermentation, and cask ale that drinks cleanly from first pint to last.
How we brew - Good beer takes time, and we do not believe in rushing it.
Traditional British brewing values sit at the centre of what we do. We built our brewery ourselves, shaping it around classic cask ale brewed with care, patience, and consistency.
