6.0% ABV - West Coast IPA. My best recollection of the 60 Minute IPA recipe I left with Dogfish Head in 2004, featuring a 100% pilsner malt body, a mildly characterful English ale yeast, and hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo, both very new varieties at the time
