4.8% ABV Kellerbier- We took the DNA of our Pinch Point (similar malt profile, the same hops), and upped the intensity. More bitterness, more malt and hop flavor make this a legitimately American take on the German Pilsner style while still being distinctly American. Served unfiltered to allow for greater flavor intensity.
