6.7% - Simcoe and Strata combine to deliver classic West Coast IPA aromatics of pine and citrus, with the 586 adding some deep tropical fruit notes (aided and abetted by the El Dorado), while the Comet adds grip. Clean maltiness mostly stays out of the way, but adds a hint of sweet toast in the finish.
