Poured from a bottle at fridge temp. Pours a beautiful and dark purple with lighter purple head. The nose is all elderberry. Slightly bitter. The taste comes across as somewhat diluted cranberry, not sour, slightly bitter, and a touch of vanilla. Nice beer overall.
