Latest in the "Galbraith Series", brewed with Perle, Amarillo, Cascade, and dry-hopped with Citra hops. Poured a cloudy dark gold color with less than 1/4 inch of white head that OK retention and lacing.
The aroma featured big, bright, bold hops that featured lots of citrus, some pine, and had a very low malt/grain profile. The flavors were pretty similar, just amplified. The hops really popped off the tongue, and the malt held down a nice base.
The body was lightly medium, as one would expect, and was smooth and easy. Drinkabilty was very good, two pints slid down without my realizing it. Overall, a top-notch brew. I don't know if this will make out side of the brewery, but if you see it, it's a must try.
