One word, mild. Light copper body, slightly unfiltered. Cracker, citrus, a bit of pine, bread. Fairly restrained hops, a bit more malt than expected but stands up reasonably well as a session IPA. Lighter bodied, good carbonation.

Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Brigand chalice. Lemony and melon notes in the flavor. Crackery with a sweet corn touch. Hops provide an aroma of straw and flowers plus a resiny nose. Light body.
Overall it's a quite respectiable hoppy brew with pleasant flavors on the lighter side and less bitterness than some of these regular ol' IPAs. No reviews on this for five years, I see. This one is dated 07/20/21. From the 12 oz can purchased at the Community Coop.

Served On-Tap
A — Pours a clean and clear light yellowy hue into the glass. There is a light and bubbly pure white colored head on top that leaves behind some remarkably consistent rings of lace down the inside of the 20oz Nonic
S — Smell is fairly light initially, though it is quite bitter with notes of pine and a light lemon tinge, a bitter overtone on top of a grainy and lightly sweet malt base.
T — Taste is loaded with bitter and earthy piney hop notes and a lightly sweet melon and tropical tone, though overall it is dominated with pine and earth, just delicious. Lightly sweet and bready, really goes down smooth.
M — Light-Medium bodied, enough of an accompanying sticky malt finish to round things out.
O — Great overall, loads of flavor and refreshment in a light ABV delicious package.

This was infused with Centennial Hops and lemon zest on the Randall. So take this review how you want. This is a good daytime/summertime beer.

This was one of the Galbraith Series beers, and originally came out in the summer of '14. In addition to being an ISA, it also Gluten reduced, being below the PPM requirements for those that suffer from Celiacs.
