Serving: On tap at (and brewed for) Cyclops Cafe & Lounge (Belltown/Seattle, WA) poured into a shaker pint.
Appearance: Nearly clear orange gold, with a dense, frothy off white head and good lacing.
Smell: Light caramel and piney, citrus hops.
Taste: Solid malty backbone with light caramel sweetness. Citrus, herbal, earthy hops and crisp bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium body and carbonation.
Overall: Balanced and drinkable; more East Coast despite its origins. Went down will with Cyclops' blackened salmon tacos.
