Latest in the series of Single Hop Pale Ales the brewery has released over the last few years. Same medium pale gold color, as the rest. Aroma is solidly Sorachi, as is the flavor. Body is medium, with a dry finish. Drinkability is very good. A lot will depend on the individuals attitude towards the Sorachi hop, if you like it, you'll like this beer.
