Served On-Tap @ Elizabeth Station
A — Pours a lightly hazy but still bright pale yellow color into the glass, there is a nice looking near white colored head on top that leaves behind some solid bits of lacing.
S — Smell is pungent and strongly hoppy, the Brett here really gives a nice dry tropical fruit note here which is a big step up from the base beer.
T — Taste is chewy and grainy with a bit of dry and earthy funk on top of a lemony and tropical hop character.
M — Medium bodied, bone dry, I love you Brett, super refreshing.
O — Great overall, poured through a ton of this over the summer, very nicely accentuated Brett IPA without being unbalanced.

The brewery describes this as a "100% Brettanomyces lambicus fermented version of our Safety Break IPA" brewed exclusively for in-house and for Elizabeth Station in Bellingham, which is where I got my 32 oz growler fill.
Clear rich amber color with a slim cap of foam. Sprightly mouthfeel though the carbonation lags after a while. The Brett flavor is clean and intense. Not many competing flavors. There is just a touch of light malt and a faint sweetness. The dry yeasty taste starts early and finishes late. A sharpish, slightly winey brew. The bitterness must be more hops than yeast, and it does creep up into the aftertaste. An interesting and drinkable brew with the classic Brett taste.
