Served in straight pint glass. Poured a lightly opaque black, with about a half-inch of tan head that had moderate retention and lacing.
Light roast was at the front of the aroma, with a slight bit of cocoa as well. The local Copeland malt was the highlighted aspect. Very similar on the tongue, nice combination of flavors. Drinkibility was very nice, I've had a few pints now. Overall, a nicely solid beer, worth trying if you see it.
