"The 9th in a series of single hop pale ales, Palisade hops are a local variety grown in Eastern Washington. While this ale has a prominent hop flavor, the addition of 2-row Münich malt creates an overall fruity & slightly spicy character. Original Gravity 1.056"
A: Hazy, golden-straw, white lace.
S: Grassy, floral & citrus hops. Hints of bread, caramel & fruit.
T: Grassy-citrus hops with an Amarillo-like aspirin character. I can't say I'm overly fond of this hop flavour. A touch of biscuity malt; some acidity.
M: Moderate body and carbonation.
D: Good.
