Collaboration with North Fork Brewery
When North Fork and Boundary Bay brew together it’s likely to get a bit crazy! With the final gravity falling below the density of water (0°P OG), this experimental Belgian-style ale is no exception. Meld in aromas of stonefruit and light cherry, flavors of biscuity and light chocolate maltiness and an extraordinarily dry, brandy-like finish, and you’ve got yourself a taste of madness!

A collab with North Fork Brewery, this brew is called by the breweries a "Belgian Strong Amber Brut".
The beer poured a clean, clear, light brown color that had 1/2 inch of off-white head that had low retention and no lacing.
Hops were at the front of the nose, then some yeast spice on top of a slightly sweet malt base. Pretty similar on the tongue, with the beer being a bit brighter and sharper than the nose had hinted at.
The body was a bit on the light side of medium, and had a semi-sweet finish. Drinkability was good, i could knock back a couple of these. Overall, a pleasantly solid beer. Worth a shot if you see it.
