Brewed with Stemma Brewing, as they bought a similar system, and this collab was a chance to get used to it. Called a "Blonde IPA" by the breweries, this light gold brew was clean and clear with about a half-inch of white head that had OK retention and lacing.
The aroma had a nice citrus hop hit upfront, with a light grain base. Pretty similar on the tongue, with the grain being a bit stronger, and the addition of a nice bitter bite on the end.
The body was medium-light, smooth and had medium finish. Drinkability was good, pints go down easily. Overall, a pleasant brew, worth a shot if you see it.
