22oz bottle (no date, but bottled 6/25/20, as will any other bottle reviewed) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a bright, clean, clear coppery-gold color with over an inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.
The aroma is nicely balanced between the honeyed malt and the Lemondrop hops. Hints of honey and lemon around the edges, but solid base malt and bright hops add a nice contrast.
Same on the tongue, the beer is balanced on the palate, but still provides distinct flavors.
The body is typical for the style, perhaps a touch lighter than medium, very smooth across the tongue, and has a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability is very nice, does well as either a quick-drinking refresher, or a sipper whilst doing other things
Overall, a nicely solid brew. Worth a shot if you see it.
