Served in 16oz Willi Becher. Poured a cloudy dark yellow color with a half-inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.
The aroma had bright citrus hops upfront, supported by a solid grain base.
Same on the tongue, earthy grain and citrusy, lightly bitter hops.
The body was typical for the style; medium, smooth, and with a medium finish.
Drinkability was very good, the kind of brew you can have several of without getting bored.
Overall, a nicely made, basic, Pale Ale. Grab a crowler for the game.
