Clear yellow-gold brew with plenty of foam in the Kölsch glass. Clean and crisp, and on the light side of the Pilsner spectrum. I'd even call it more of a Kölsch style, but the hops are more resiny in this case. Aromatic with green herbal notes, straw, and a distinct hoppy nose. Flavor is pleasing with the hoppy tang and virtually no malt taste. Highly quaffable with a fine spritzy mouthfeel. Distinct bitter aftertaste, but all quite light and lively. From the 12 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.

Pours a clear, crisp golden color with a two to three finger white head on the beer. Head dissipates leaving no residual head. Lightly effervescent. Aroma has notes of lightly toasted white bread, bready malts, a touch of sweetness and some floral hops.
Taste follows the nose with notes of straw, white bread, some definite sweetness and a moderate bitterness from the hops that brings with it some grassy and floral notes. It is on the sweet side for the style, but not out of line. Feel is medium bodied, but still decently crisp. Smooth, and easy drinking.
Overall it is a very nice pilsner and quite good. I'd happily drink this one anytime.

Served in 16oz Willi Becher. Poured a clean, clear yellow-gold color with an inch of white head that had decent retention and light-moderate retention.
The aroma was the expected earthy grain and floral hops of the style, although perhaps a touch sweeter than typical.
Similar on the tongue, with the hops being brighter, sharper, and bitier.
The body was smooth, although a touch fuller than is usual, smooth, and had a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was very good (I've already had several), it's an easy quaff.
Overall, a solid, but not outstanding, example. worth trying if you see it.
