Served in 16oz Willi Becher. Poured a clean, clear medium gold color with a quarter-inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.
The aroma was a base of slightly sweet malts with some bright, slightly citrusy, hops on top.
Same on the tongue, with more hop bite to counter the sweetish malts.
The body was on the full side of medium, smooth, carried good carb, and had a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was good, an easy enough quaff.
Overall, not outstanding, but a beer worth having again. Worth a shot if you see it.
