The latest in BB's Single Hop Pale Ale series. Served in straight pint glass. Poured a medium Orangeish-amber color with about a half inch of white head that had medium retention and light lacing.
The aroma had a very nice lemony citrus scent, with a bit of spicyness, on a nice malt base. The flavors were also domined by the lemon and spice that are the hallmarks of the Sorachi Ace hop. Again, there was a pleasant grain base.
The body was fairly typical for the style, full and well-rounded without being heavy. Drinkability will depend on how well you like this hop. I found it to be tasty and interesting. Overall, a pretty nice beer that's a must try if yo see it.
