I had this beer on-tap in my OBF pint glass at Oregon Brewers Festival.
Appearance: nice hazy orange hue with a very light effervescence, with a surprisingly tenacious head for a brewfest serving environment. Quite good!
Smell: very malty, with a lightly candylike tangeriney-citrusy aroma. Slightly caramelly character as well; smooth and candylike but not overwhelming.
Taste: caramelly and malty, with tangerine and tropical hop character -- maybe a little mango. The overall effect is quite smooth; not bad, but not super memorable. I would think it would be more hoppy based on the name, but it's still pretty tasty.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation; this is pretty creamy for the style.
Overall: good and drinkable beer; smooth, but not as hoppy as I want it to be.
