Built on a 50/50 2Row, wheat base, Gingerwitch Ruby pours a vibrant crimson hue. This lacto fermented kettle sour offers a clean, bright tartness defined by the sharp cranberry and powerful, spicy kick of fresh ginger. A small dryhop of Citra lifts the aroma with orange peel citrus notes, creating a witches' brew tart sour that snaps with a serious bite.
