With its brilliant golden colour, our Pils is a seductive beer thanks to its grassy, fruity notes typical of abundant German hopping. On the palate, the dry, sleek body leads to a delicately bitter finish, providing a fresh and sophisticated taste experience.

Sestri Levante 22/7 2024. 50 cl bottle from Doro Supermercati, Via Giovanni Caboto, Sestri Levante. Green label with a Star and the name of beer and Brewery in white.
Pretty gushy upon opening. Pour unclear - almost opaque - pale yellow with a huge white head. Fluffy. Settles as thick, fluffy crowd of foam completely covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mild, sweet malty odor soon overpowered by a citric scent. Sweet pale malts and bread. Grapefruit and lemon. Hints of grass.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a somewhat stronger citric and tart bitterness. Aftertaste is tart. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry and citric.
Refreshing although they might be overdoing the citrus thing a little bit.
