Top-fermented and golden in colour, the distinctive feature of our APA is its enveloping aroma of hops, with wonderful fruity and flowery notes. It's slightly malty on the palate and extraordinarily thirst-quenching, and is ideal for anyone looking for vibrant gluten-free flavour.

Sestri Levante 20/7 2024. 50 cl bottle from Doro Supermercati, Via Giovanni Caboto. Brown-ish dark red label with a golden rim and the name of Beer and Brewery in white.
Pours unclear, almost opaque amber with a big off-white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foám unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet and roasted malty odor mingling with a touch of citrus fruit. Dark roasted malts, toffee and caramel. Touch of brown sugar. Lemon and lime peeking in. Subtle.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft and almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Fine combination of roasted maltiness and citric hoppiness.
