Copenhagen 23/9 2024. 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. A deep-sea diver with a harpoon on the can.
Pours unclear golden orange with small white head. A bit bubbly. Disappears completely fairly fast. No foam and no lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with a tart, sour scent of unripe berries and lemon. Mango and passion fruit. Soon overpowered by tart gooseberries and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a mellowing sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Well balanced and fruity.
