Hazy IPA brewed with Citra and Idaho7 in a whirlpool and dry hopped with Galaxy, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin.
Our first beer where we have brewed with our very own water profile (which really makes the hops pop) and a new experimental yeast from Lallemand.
Notes of: Red berries, mango, tropical fruit, citrus and pineapple.

Copenhagen 26/9 2024. 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Drawing of a futuristic cityscape with lonely figure staring on a rooftop.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with sharp tart notes. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and citrus. Touch of glue.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft. lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stringer citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Tart and dry.
