Collaboration with Ghost Brewing.
Hazy double IPA brewed in a collaboration between Brewsketeers and Ghost Brewing, both from Amager.
They have brewed a juicy and bold beer with a balanced sweetness and a light bitter bite. The hops are El Dorado, Galaxy, Talus and Idaho 7.

Copenhagen 14/6 2025. 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Can with a drawing of a Beer Tank with a big cannon squirting golden beer all over the place.
Pours opaque unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thon, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with light sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with a sharp, tart scent of citrus fruit and unripe berries. Peach and pineapple, Tart lime and lemon. Gooseberries and currants.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a strong citrus bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet and fermented undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
