Copenhagen 16/4 2022. 44 cl can from Dammberg's Ølmagasin, Kingosgade, Kbh. V. A blue Dragon looking at me with sorrowful eyes from the can.
Pours opaque, murky, brownish red with a big bubbly white head. Disappears very fast leaving a murky mess behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity odor mingling with a more subtle sour scent of berries and citrus. Strawberries and peach. Lactose. Tart berries and lemon.
Light carbonation. Thin, oilily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more subtle sourness. Aftertaste is tart ad sour Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Well balanced and with a nice dry finish. No need to look so sorrowful.
