Spring is slowly popping in Copenhagen, so we have to bring you a special treat for the warm weather.
This BIG fruited sour is packed with raspberry, peach and blackcurrant, strawberry essence and a big addition of lactose to keep the body thick.
Hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Pours a vibrant red with fine pink head.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of strawberry jam, raspberries, lime and some hints of peach.
Taste is sweet and tart with notes of strawberry jam, raspberries, black currants and lime. Slighty sharp and almost a bit boozy.
Mouthfeel is medium with effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a nice fruited sour that would probably benefit from being a bit lower in ABV.

Copenhagen 14/9 2025. 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbriogade, Kbh. S. A dancing lady enshrouded in disco lights on the colorful can.
Pours opaque murky burgunde with a mid-sized light pink head. Rather bubbly. Disappears fairly fast leaving a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet and slightly candy-like odor mingling with a more subtle tart scent. Sweet raspberries, strawberry ice cream and canned peach. Tart notes of citrus and gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Rather thick, soft, viscous, fat, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intensewith a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweet and a bit milkshake-like. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweet ice cream.
Soft milk-shake with a modes sourish bite.
