Marielyst 14/10 2025. 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. An Astronaut in front of an alien planet on the can.
Pours opaque hazy pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a stronger scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and apricot. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger sourish bitterness. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Session Indian Pale Ale with adequate intensity and a light zesty bite.
