This unfiltered pale lager is refreshingly easy to drink with a creamy white head and rich malt flavor. Made with German Pilsner Malt, hops from Bavaria and traditional German lager yeast.

Had on tap. Pretty pour that has a clear golden body with multiple fingers of white foam, leaving trace rungs of lace. Smell and taste are the same: pale malts with bready yeast and grassy hops, simple and short lived. Feel is light and pale, never thin yet decently clean and dries out a touch

Pale yellow in color with excellent clarity. There’s a half inch of creamy dishwater white on top. Heavy lacing. The aroma is of light, crackery malt. I’m tasting light malt along the lines of a saltine cracker with a brief dash of grassy hops. The mouth is solid, but light and crispy refreshing.
