I picked up a four pack from the brewery. One of the owners told me that they have a very small, manual canning line. The beer is a clear golden color with a tall white head. Wonderful aroma of soft malt and floral hops. Clean and pleasant malt flavor. Wonderfully made German pilsner.

Pale gold in color with excellent clarity. There’s a quarter inch of dishwater white on top. Heavy lacing. The aroma is of pale malt with a faint whiff of grassy hops. I’m tasting pale crackery malt with a hint of grassy hops in the finish. The mouth is dry and crisp.
