Trash Is Gold
BRØL
Our first organic NEIPA hits craft beer bars in Copenhagen. We went overboard and dryhopped 14g/l with organic Citra and Mosaic hops for juiciness, used none of bittering hops in the boil and added loads of oats and wheat for fuller and refreshing experience.
Trash is Gold - brewed in collaboration with Lallemand Brewing using their new yeast release LalBrew Pomona™. Named after the goddess of fruit trees, produces a unique and juicy flavor profile with notes of peach, citrus, and tropical fruits.

Frederiksberg 3/12 2024. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Peach and apricot. Orange and tangerine. Whiff of Lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Not bad - and recycled.
