A very easy- drinking and uncomplicated IPA rounding at 5.7% with a moderate bitterness. For dryhopping we used a punchy Galaxy and Mosaic Spectrum hops to bring out grapefruit, exotic fruit and pine notes forward.
For this craft beer we upcycled surplus bread from Salling Group.

Copenhagen 12/7 2024. 44 cl can from Netto, Tomsgårdsvej, Kbh. NV. Steel can with a light blue label with what looks like a cloud.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin, patchy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mild sweet odor of sweet Stone fruit mingling with a sharp scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and orange. Tart grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with tart undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Decent, dry and bitter Indian Pale Ale.
