Kellermensch from Skuldborg Bryghus is the beer for you who are right when others are wrong. The unfiltered pilsner type may not be for everyone, but most people are idiots too, so why should that be a problem? Have a Kellermensch, you deserve it! Should be enjoyed with around… Yes, you probably know that best yourself.

Copenhagen 1/1 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé. Frb. F. Black can with drawings of hovering eyeballs.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderat lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor soon overpowered by a stronger grainy and sourish scent. Sweet, pale malts, bread and glue. Sour grains and grass.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste I bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry and bitter.
A fairly bitter take on a Kellerbier.
