Brewed by Alefarm Brewing.
IPA with Talus, Motueka, BRU-1 and Cashmere.
Skuldborg Bryghus is the story of a brewery inspired by the Danish/German beer tradition - today with the current brewmaster, Reinhard Weibhauer, as the last shot of hops on the stem. Blomstervand is the brewery's exciting IPA. Brewmaster Reinhard Weibhauer has brewed an IPA that harmonizes unusually well with an afternoon in the sunshine, and which from the first sip delightfully excites the senses with its bitter and floral notes. A true thirst quencher from Skuldborg.

Copenhagen 28/8 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Industrivej, Løkken. The can looks like it comes straight from the seventies with a huge stylized flower with the name of the beer and brewery. in brutal orange.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with big white head. Settles 0,2 cm thick layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit and exotic fruits mingling with bit of citrus fruit. Peach and mango. Pineapple. Mild grapefruit and orange.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, a bit creamy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
It might be from a fictional brewery. But the beer is quite all right.
