A: Pours golden with some small bubbles. The large white creamy head sinks slowly into decent lacings.
S: Malt, somewhat sweet. A bit grainy and also bready. Bitter hops, almost like in a Pilsener.
T: Bready, grainy sweet malt. The bitter hops are more held back. Some green apples are noticable.
M: Aftertaste is nice, not very long but with a nice bitterness. Body is medium and smooth, while carbonation is quite offensive with loads of small bubbles.
O: A nice Dortmunder, that goes down almost to easy.
