Pours a clear golden brew with plenty of foam in the Tuborg Pilsner glass. Modest cereal taste with a pleasing hoppy finish. Just a slight bitterness but in keeping with the restrained flavors.
This would make a delicious Oktoberfest beer. It's on the dry side but with enough malty flavors and a hint of sweetness. Also the lower ABV make it eminently quaffable, instead of the stronger stuff that leaves you crawling under the table looking for the pork hock you lost. From the 32 oz jug filled at the brewery bar.
